Ordering & Delivery

1. Are your candles and home decor handmade?

Yes! All Ronaja Home candles and eco-stone decor are handmade by me in Vienna. I work in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture and finish are a natural part of each piece.

2. How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Larger or wholesale orders typically require 5–7 business days, depending on the quantity and customization.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 1–10 business days after dispatch.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact me at ronaja.home@gmail.com as soon as possible. I'll do my best to help, but changes may no longer be possible once your order is being prepared.

5. What if my order arrives damaged, or I need to return something?

Please contact me at ronaja.home@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with your purchase. Include your order number and photos so I can review the issue and help find a suitable solution.

As many Ronaja Home pieces are made or customized specifically for each order, return options can depend on the product. 

6. Can I choose the fragrance or color of my candles?

Many of my candles are available in different fragrances and colors. The available options are listed on each product page.

If you have something specific in mind, feel free to contact me before ordering to discuss what's possible.

7. How should I care for my handmade candles?

For the best burning experience, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use, keep your candle away from drafts and never leave it burning unattended.

For container candles, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn, without exceeding the recommended burn time. Always follow the care instructions provided with your candle.

8. What are your eco-stone trays and home decor made from?

My eco-stone pieces are handmade using Jesmonite, a water-based composite material that allows me to create different colors, patterns and finishes.

Each piece is individually crafted, which means no two designs are exactly alike.

9. Can I customize the color or design of an eco-stone piece?

Yes! I can create custom colors and patterns for selected pieces, including marble, terrazzo and other decorative finishes.

10. How do I clean and care for my eco-stone decor?

Clean your eco-stone pieces gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaning products.

Jesmonite decor should not be soaked in water or placed in the dishwasher. For wax residue, allow it to cool completely before carefully removing it without scratching the surface.

11. Do you accept bulk, corporate or personalized gift orders?

Yes! I create candles and decor for corporate gifts, weddings, birthdays, baby showers and other special occasions.
