SHIPPING DETAILS: As soon as I receive your order, I begin preparing it. The processing time varies from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the order volume and workload. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.

RETURNS: It's important to note that all orders are unique, with different scents and colors, individually handmade by me. As a result, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit. In such cases, we can process a refund through insurance. These incidents are rare, and I'm confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase.
